Agreement with Mexican Companies to
Establish Distribution Networks

Bionics Co. Ltd, an Osaka based
Biometric and High Technology Company
entered into an agreement with
Biometrica Aplicada, SA to market and
establish service and distribution
networks for its Blood Vessel
Authentication System in Mexico and
Latin America.

Aplicada is a dynamic and established
engineering and service support company
with over one hundred distributors and
service centers in Mexico and Latin
America that specializes in the
biometric security field.
The synergy of
this unique blood vessel authentication
system from Bionics and the marketing
and service capabilities of Biometric
Aplicada coupled with an innovative
partnership scheme allowing other
biometric related hardware, software and
service small and medium sized Mexican
companies to join Bionics and Biologica
Aplicada in this new partnership.
Bionics believes
that this business strategy of creating
a consortium of small and medium sized
companies to market and provide
installation and maintenance services
throughout Mexico and Latin America will
provide the fastest access and
penetration into the Mexican Biometric
market.
