The VA100 is the
first two-factor
Biometric

device to use a
PIN number and
the unique image
of the blood
vessel pattern
in a finger for
registration and
authentication.
The blood vessel
image is created
using a
permeating, near
infrared light
and a high
resolution CCD
camera. Near-infrared
light makes it
possible to
obtain the trans-illumination
image of the
blood vessel
pattern in the
finger. The
system is
compatible with
Access Control
and Time and
Attendance
